Incorrect Item Received
- Report within 48 hours with photo proof and order details.
Missing Items
- Report within 48 hours, provide unpacking photos if available.
Defective Product
- Report within 48 hours with proof of defect and batch number.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or incorrect order.
- Incorrect shipping address.
- Customs seizure or import restrictions.
- Refused delivery or courier delays.
- Product misuse or improper storage.
- Claims made after the 48-hour window.
4. Claim Submission Process
